Where does Dolbear.com.bd deliver?
We deliver all over Bangladesh, both inside and outside Dhaka.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time is counted from the day your order is confirmed.
What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed on the same working day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM are treated as next working day orders.
Does my order come with a guaranteed delivery date?
Deliveries are made on working days only, and not on Friday and public holidays. The delivery time shown is our best estimate and may be affected by shipping restrictions, order confirmation, stock availability, weather conditions, hartals or road closures, and festive seasons such as Eid.
What are the delivery charges?
Inside Dhaka: ৳80 | Outside Dhaka: ৳120. The final charge is shown at checkout. Free delivery may apply during selected promotions.
Do I need to confirm my order?
Yes. Our team will contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp to confirm your order. If we cannot reach you, your order may be delayed. Please provide a correct address and an active phone number.
Delivery Issues
Can I change my shipping address after the order is shipped?
Unfortunately, no. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, we cannot redirect it. Please check your address carefully before placing the order. To change your address, contact us before the order is shipped.
How is a failed delivery processed?
The courier will try to contact you using your given phone number. If the parcel cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, or the delivery is refused, the parcel will be returned to us and the order may be cancelled. Delivery charges for failed or refused deliveries may be borne by the customer, and advance payment may be required for future orders.
